Small weddings and parties of up to 12 people may be accommodated in the living and dining rooms and / or outside on our cobblestone patio full of wicker furniture, add $250 plus 7.625% sales tax.
The wedding ceremony could take place outside or inside.
Afterwards, the dining seating arrangement would be put in place.
Since the weather can be unpredictable, it may need to be completely inside, which is cozy, but doable and charming.
Set up may begin at noon and clean up finished by 10 pm.
Except for serving our overnight guests a full and sumptuous breakfast,
we are not licensed to cater, so that choice is yours.
Catering from Lunds and Byerly's called Simple To Grand has a reputation of quality and could provide delicious food that presents well.
We intend to accommodate any caterer or other arrangement you may choose.
Our dining room buffet and kitchen counter surfaces are available for serving.

It would be a pleasure to share our cherished home with you on your special day.
We require that your reservation include the Master Suite for that night as well.
Smoking is allowed outside only, using ashtrays. Our front porch accommodates this during wet weather.
Due to licensing and insurance regulations, only our overnight
guests may consume alcohol, so we ask that any other visitors remain sober.
